FAQ Birthday & Celebration Greetings

We take pride in everything we do. You must agree to our rental policy prior to the rental being set up. Remember all items that are placed in the yard with your order are our property and you are responsible for it while it is in your yard. All rentals are for 24hrs. 

• We reserve the right to make adjustments to your greeting due to yard size or conditions. We want your greeting to look fabulous! 
• We want the glam shots with your greeting. However, for the safety of everyone and the children please do not play on or around the yard signs. Our items are not meant and will not support leaning, sitting, or playing on them. 
• Do not remove the yard cards or advertising signs. Let me do the clean-up. 
• The items can incur damage from your lawn service if completed at the same time the rental is there. Please make sure to not schedule that on the day of your rental or on pick-up. 
• Want the greeting picked up earlier? Call me at 501-232-1983 and schedule a good time for pick up. 
• Make sure that someone is aware that we will be on the property the night before the event between 6 pm-8 pm doing our setup. All breakdowns are completed the following day between 5 pm-7 pm.
• I love taking pictures and I'd love to use your theme with my promotional photos. Your privacy comes first so no address identification will be in the picture. Also, if you do not want your picture displayed just let me know through the order form. 
• Remember all rentals are for 24hrs
• Additional days can be purchased and are based on the needs and availability. 

You will be charged a $15 fee for each letter/graphic that is missing or damaged.

We will charge an additional $25 if we need to deliver due to the below:

• Customer provides an incorrect address
• We are denied access to the gate
• Animals that prevent us from installation

Rush and same-day orders can be accommodated

• Based on available inventory
• $35 additional fee

Greetings can not be placed in winds greater than 15 mph

• Lighting or Thunderstorms
• Hail or Tornadoes
• Snow or Ice storms 
• If the ground is frozen YCA won't be able to place stakes into the ground. In that case, I will refund or reschedule the setup. 

Cancellations made 48 hrs. prior to the event will get a full refund.

Denied access to the entrance or gate

We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, or disrespectful. We take pride in what we do. If an order is declined we will give you a full refund. All signs remain our property. Signs should not be moved without our consent.
